Exciting Opportunity: CFO Position Available at Recuro

Recuro is advancing a dynamic growth-phase and is actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join us on this journey. In this new role, you will have a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and leading our finance function while also contributing significantly to our strategic and commercial development.

As the CFO, you will be primarily responsible for shaping and leading the finance function, while also serving as a valuable support to our CEO in the strategic and commercial development. Recuro is still in its early stages, and a central aspect of this position involves shaping your own role, the company's culture, and the organisational structure. This role reports directly to the CEO and is an integral part of our management team. Some national and international travel may be required.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborating with our advisors to develop and execute the finance strategy

- Handling financial reporting and preparing decision-making materials

- Managing investor relations and reporting

- Engaging in negotiations with banks, customers,and suppliers

- Reporting to both the CEO and the board

- Establishing and nurturing relationships and networks with partners, advisors, and suppliers

We envision that you have the following qualifications and personal qualities:

- A higher education in finance and economics

- Experience in strategic planning and capital acquisition

- Prior experience with due diligence processes is advantageous

- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

- Strong focus on quality, structured thinking, and analytical skills

- Effective communication and collaboration skills in both Norwegian and English

- Commitment to the role and a determined mindset
